Cellitas™ participated in the 12th ARDD Meeting, the world's largest gathering focused on aging research and drug discovery. This prestigious conference brought together global thought-leaders including Nobel laureates Michael Levitt and Morten Meldal, along with over 200 speakers from leading institutions like Stanford, Harvard Medical School, Buck Institute, Mayo Clinic, and the National Institute on Aging.
Our CMO Dr. Lucy Jones and Scientific Board member Professor Ghada Alsaleh represented Cellitas at this event, engaging with the aging research community about our polyamine-based approach to cellular health. The conference addressed the growing need for interventions in age-associated diseases, with the UN noting that people aged over 65 now outnumber children younger than 5 globally.
The meeting featured presentations from companies at the forefront of longevity research including Altos Labs, BioAge Labs, Life Biosciences, and Gero, alongside academic leaders discussing the latest progress in the molecular, cellular and organismal basis of aging. Key tracks included Longevity Medicine, Emerging Science & Technologies, and Physics in Aging Biology.
